Mô tả công việc:
- Assist in processing purchase requests and creating purchase orders in the system
- Help follow up with suppliers on order confirmation, delivery dates, and documentation
- Support in collecting quotations and comparing prices from vendors
- Assist in checking and verifying goods received with purchase orders
- Help maintain and update supplier and purchase records
- Coordinate with various departments to understand purchasing needs
- Support in filing and organizing procurement-related documents
- Assist in other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Purchasing Manager
Yêu cầu công việc:
- University student or recent graduate in Business, Finance, Hospitality, or related fields
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn
- Familiar with MS Office, especially Excel
- Able to work in a fast-paced and professional hospitality environment
- Basic English proficiency (reading & writing)
