    Mô tả công việc

    • Buy products that are essential for company’s day-to-day operations. Review prices and quality and ensure optimal stock levels.
    • The responsibilities include evaluating vendors, negotiating contracts and preparing reports (e.g. on orders and costs.).
    • Good knowledge of market research, along with solid analytical skills to make sure you are identifying the most profitable offers for company
    • Create and maintain good relationships with key suppliers to ensure merchandise is high quality and delivered on time
    • Research potential vendors
    • Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
    • Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing
    • Track orders and ensure timely delivery
    • Review quality of purchased products
    • Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases
    • Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
    • Handle the problem if any related to purchasing materials
    • Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses
    • Follow PR and place orders as requested
    • Coordinate with related department to ensure the supply for production line timely
    • Analysis and stay up-to-date with industry trends

    Yêu cầu công việc

    • Graduated from any major relevant
    • At least 2 years experience in Purchasing/ Sourcing(experience in printing / packaging industry is an advantage)
    • Strong communication & good problem solving skills
    • Fair at English
