Technical & Marketing Executive

Position Details:

We are now looking for a dynamic Technical & Marketing Executive to join our Vietnam team.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical:

- Provide technical support to clients and internal teams.

- Conduct product presentations, training, and demonstrations.

- Collaborate with the technical team for troubleshooting and solution development.

- Assist in pre- and post-sales technical activities.

Marketing:

- Develop and implement local marketing strategies and campaigns.

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

- This position is based in Hanoi, Vietnam

- 2+ years of experience in a similar role (technical + marketing).

- Strong communication and presentation skills in both Vietnamese and English.

- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.

- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.

- Willingness to travel occasionally for customer visits or events.
