1. Sales Admin
• Support sales team to handle sales enquiries and quotations
• Make sale contract
• Meeting with customers
• Coordinate with technical teams to support sales activities
• Manage vendor contracts
• Support payment documents
• Follow up the project status
• Prepare sales reports
• Customer service tasks
2. Office Administration
• Assist in office management and documentation
• General administration tasks (office supplies, stationery, facilities management)
• Maintain and update employee records/ Annual leave
• Support recruitment and on-/off-boarding processes
• Prepare and support in government reports and submissions related to HR and administration
• Job related to Tax
• Other jobs as required by GD/Supervisor
- College/University graduated
- Welcome Fresh graduates or 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role/sales admin
- Good communication skills in English
- Office computer skills
- Honest and possible to long term working
