Thunder Cloud is looking for a Project Operations Coordinator who is responsible for ensuring the company's art projects run smoothly.
The fun part of this job is that you will need to work with Art Director, 3D head and Project leads to make the best production plan and understand the staff member’s strength to deliver the best result to the clients.
Plan detailed production schedule and resources based on the project’s scope of work and ensure the project run according to schedule
Take care of clients: communicating, updating files/ projects/ revision, delivering files, and receiving feedback via email, skype, phone, etc.
Data management: Collect and update necessary data such as tech brief, client data, project information, and brief
Negotiate, cooperate and work with stakeholders to ensure project tasks are carried out properly

At least 2 year working as a project coordinator or relevant experience (priority)
Fluent in English both in writing, speaking, reading, listening
Excellent communication and project management skills
Structural and systematic thinking
Friendly, energetic, good teamwork & independent working
Working experience as IT project coordinator is an advantage
