Mô tả công việc:

Communication Bridge Between Technical Team & Business
  • Attend technical meetings with developers and management
  • Listen to developers discuss their work and understand the main points
  • Translate technical updates into simple business language for decision-makers
  • Take technical requirements from stakeholders and explain them clearly to developers
  • Ask good questions to make sure everyone understands each other
Project Support & Coordination
  • Track project progress and identify when things are behind schedule
  • Schedule meetings between technical team and clients
  • Follow up on action items and make sure tasks get completed
Research & Learning
  • Stay updated on blockchain trends that affect our projects
  • Research competitor solutions and market trends

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • 2 - 3 years of experience in software project assistant (preferably Blockchain, Web3, or Fintech projects)
  • Project coordination or administrative experience
  • Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Trello, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Kanban)
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and time management skills
  • Good English reading and technical writing skills
  • Nice-to-have: Knowledge or experience with Ethereum, Solidity, Smart Contracts, DApps, NFT, or DeFi.
