Chi Tiết Công Việc

Run our social channels day to day — Telegram, X/Twitter, Discord, YouTube — and grow the community.
Create the content yourself: copy, posts, announcements, basic graphics/short video.
Launch and optimize growth campaigns (airdrops, seeding, AMAs, events, launches) and track what works.
Reach out to and work with KOLs/Influencers in the crypto space; track ROI.
Use AI tools (ChatGPT/Claude, image/video generators, automation) to produce content, research, analyze data, and build simple bot workflows.
Report on the numbers that matter and iterate fast.
The exact mix shifts by project and team — content, growth, KOL outreach, community. We want people with range who use AI to cover more ground, not narrow specialists.

2+ years in marketing, growth, or community — ideally for digital products or online communities.
A doer who owns outcomes and goes the extra mile.
Comfortable using AI tools as part of daily work.
Hands-on with Telegram (and ideally X/Twitter, Discord, YouTube).
Good spoken and written English.
Data-driven; comfortable working to clear KPIs.
