Production Process Manager (Plating, ID 21255)

Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Production Process Manager (Plating, $1.600, ID21255):

• Lead and supervise the Process Engineering team.
• Manage daily operational activities and monitor departmental performance to achieve production targets.
• Allocate resources effectively and provide technical guidance to team members.
• Develop team capabilities through coaching, training, and performance management.
• Take ownership of all process operations, including plating, etching, DES, and other related chemical treatment processes.
• Ensure all production parameters are properly controlled and maintained according to established standards.
• Perform final verification and approval of process outputs before product release.
• Monitor process stability and implement corrective actions when deviations occur.
• Oversee process quality performance and ensure compliance with customer and internal quality requirements.
• Analyze process data and identify opportunities for yield improvement and defect reduction.
• Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance production efficiency and operational effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to resolve quality-related issues and improve manufacturing outcomes.
• Plan and execute process trials, engineering evaluations, and production validation activities.
• Analyze test results and implement improvements to strengthen production capability.
• Support capacity expansion initiatives and process optimization projects.
• Establish and refine process parameters to achieve higher productivity and product consistency.
• Identify opportunities to reduce manufacturing costs while maintaining product quality standards.
• Optimize process conditions, chemical usage, and operational efficiency.
• Investigate process abnormalities, conduct root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
• Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, operational procedures, and company regulations.
• Maintain and update process documentation, work instructions, and technical records.
• Support internal audits and compliance activities related to manufacturing operations.

• Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Electronics, Manufacturing, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of management experience in Wet Process operations within the SMT or PCB manufacturing industry.
• Solid hands-on experience with plating, etching, DES, and other wet processing technologies.
• Strong understanding of process control, quality management, and manufacturing improvement methodologies.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
