Chi Tiết Công Việc

College degree or above in engineering or management
Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a PMC/Supply Chain management role, with at least 3 years in a large-scale, complex manufacturing environment (e.g., Furniture, Garment, Automotive, Electronics, Appliances)
Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
Demonstrable expertise in managing production synchronization for products with complex Bills of Materials (BOM) across multiple production lines or workshops.
High proficiency in MRP/MPS principles and hands-on experience with a major ERP system (SAP is highly preferred)
Preferred: Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies
