- Develop plans and manage progress to achieve QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) targets of the production department
- Coordinate and collaborate with related departments (Production Control, Quality Control, Accounting, Purchasing, etc)
- Visualize manufacturing results, defects, and process status, and report accurately to management
- Analyze root causes of issues and plan/implement preventive measures
- Promote on-site improvements (productivity, quality, safety, workability)
- Manage and train local staff
- Responsible for maintaining and managing QCD, safety, and environment in production processes
- Manage and control the entire assembly process of air-conditioning valves
- Establish and ensure compliance with work standards (assembly procedures, inspection procedures)
- Control and improve in-process quality, working time, and defect rates
- Manage jigs/tools and plan improvements for better work efficiency
- Optimize line configuration and workforce allocation to enhance process capabilit
- Other tasks will be asked by manager
- Graduated from University
- English is at least Strong Intermediate level
- Having more than 5 years experience in assembly processes manufacturing.
- Having at least 4-5 years experience as Production Manager.
- Experience leading IE, 5S, Kaizen, or QC activities
- Experience operating quality management systems such as ISO 9001
- Assembly experience with air-conditioning equipment, valves, or mechanical parts
- Experience building multi-skill workforce and training systems
- Practical ability in numerical management (quality, defects, working time, etc.)
- Strong execution ability to work on-site, give instructions, and implement corrective actions
- Ability to coordinate with related departments to meet delivery deadlines
- Analytical ability based on the “3 Gen principle” (Genba – actual place, Genbutsu – actual thing, Genjitsu – actual situation)
- High awareness of confidentiality and compliance
- Willingness to take on challenges in building organizations and adapting to change
