Coordinate with PMC to receive coming orders, work on workload analysis to support decision making on receiving orders.
Monitor execution of the production schedule on the shop floor.
Identify production delays and coordinate corrective actions with supervisors.
Monitor WIP levels across production processes.
Identify bottlenecks and escalate issues to production management.
Collect and consolidate daily production data from production lines.
Prepare reports including: Production output, Plan vs actual performance, WIP status, Yield / scrap rates.
Automate the reports.
Track yield, scrap rate, and production efficiency.
Analyze production performance and highlight abnormalities.
Support production improvement initiatives.
Monitor headcount allocation across production lines.
Coordinate with supervisors to balance manpower according to production priorities.
Support ERP production reporting and transaction recording.
Ensure production orders, WIP movements, and completion data are accurately recorded in the system.
Work with IT and ERP key users to improve production data processes.

Bachelor's degree in: Industrial Engineering, Production Management, Supply Chain or related field.
2–5 years experience in: Production planning, Production control, Manufacturing operations.
Production planning and control.
Manufacturing process understanding.
WIP management.
ERP / manufacturing systems.
Excel and data analysis.
Analytical thinking.
Communication and coordination.
Problem-solving.
Attention to detail.
Ability to work under production pressure.
