Direct test teams in the configuration of test environments and the execution of test cases.
Analyze test results and generate comprehensive analysis reports to identify quality/reliability issues and classify the root causes.
Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for collaboration with customers and the test team to achieve quality and reliability objectives.

A Bachelor’s or Master's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field.
3 years of experience working in reliability testing of Consumer Electronics devices. Required experience includes a reliability role at either the module or system level.
2 years of experience providing technical leadership and leading projects (e.g., test, release, etc.).
Experience working for an OEM company.
Experience with customer related product quality/reliability metrics.
Language: Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.
