Drive the deployment and execution of structural test plans for baseboards and system-level products from NPI through mass production.
Manage and resolve production issues related to ICT fixtures, test programs, and manufacturing test processes in a timely manner.
Analyze ICT/FCT yield data and identify opportunities to improve test coverage, product quality, and manufacturing efficiency.
Investigate and troubleshoot failures related to SMT processes, PCB quality, components, and manufacturing defects.
Collaborate with Contract Manufacturers (CMs), tester vendors, and fixture suppliers to ensure test solutions meet manufacturing requirements.
Provide Design for Manufacturing (DFM) guidance and technical recommendations to support ICT implementation.
Support production bring-up activities, failure debugging, and yield improvement initiatives.
Develop and maintain test procedures, technical documentation, and troubleshooting guidelines.
Work closely with cross-functional engineering teams to drive continuous improvement in manufacturing test processes.

Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related disciplines.
Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
Minimum 2 years of experience in ICT programming, fixture design, fixture manufacturing, or factory test engineering.
Experience supporting NPI and mass production environments.
Strong understanding of structural testing, manufacturing test processes, and board-level validation.
Solid knowledge of ICT development, test program deployment, and fixture design concepts.
Strong understanding of hardware design, electronic schematics, and board-level debugging.
Familiarity with PCB manufacturing processes and board assembly flow.
Experience with yield analysis and production issue resolution.
Hands-on experience with laboratory and debugging equipment, including:
- Oscilloscopes
- Multimeters
- TDR (Time Domain Reflectometer)
- BERT (Bit Error Rate Tester)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
