Regional Supply Chain Manager (Manufacturing, Open to Expats, ID 21177)

Our client is a foreign-invested manufacturing company, now looking for a Regional Supply Chain Manager (Manufacturing, Open to Expats, $4.000, ID21177):

• Procurement & Contract Governance: Oversee the sourcing of raw materials and corporate services; lead commercial contract negotiations and strengthen relationships with regional suppliers and strategic vendors.
• Vendor Management: Focus predominantly on maintaining and optimizing engagement with the company’s existing vendor base, with occasional responsibilities in researching and onboarding new suppliers.
• Strategic Planning: Formulate and execute long-term strategic plans for the supply chain, ensuring alignment with global corporate objectives.
• Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve supply chain workflows to maximize operational efficiency and achieve cost reduction.
• Market Intelligence & Crisis Management: Act as the central "control tower" to gather, analyze, and update market information; proactively flag and mitigate potential risks regarding material costs and delivery timelines.

• Male or Female; Under 45 years old.
• Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree is strictly required.
• At least 10 years of professional experience in Supply Chain operations.
• A minimum of 5 years in a dedicated managerial or leadership capacity.
• Preference will be given to candidates with extensive experience in large-scale manufacturing plants, specifically within the Packaging industry.
• Mandatory proficiency in utilizing ERP systems.
• Language Proficiency:
  • English: Proficient (Equivalent to TOEIC 750+).
  • Chinese: Fluent in both verbal and written communication.
