Why we need you

We’re transforming into an AI-native company and standing up this brand-new team. Brilliant engineers are already fine-tuning LLMs and wiring automations, but we need a product leader who can convert that technical horsepower into clear, measurable outcomes. You’ll balance urgent CX wins against long-term platform scale, give every department a voice, and keep the backlog laser-focused instead of bloated.

Responsibilies:


What you will own

Product vision and strategy

Craft and continuously refine a 12-month roadmap for the AI Platform & Automation team that aligns with company OKRs, from customer self-service containment targets to internal cost-savings goals.
Translate high-level goals (e.g., “reduce refund handling time by 50 %”) into concrete epics for chat, voice, and multi-agent workflows.

Backlog and execution

Maintain and prioritise a single backlog covering chatbot features, multi-agent framework upgrades, and new n8n automation requests.
Write crisp user stories with acceptance criteria and success metrics; review and sign off on demos every sprint.
Make data-driven trade-offs between speed, accuracy, governance, and cost.

Stakeholder management

  • Act as the main point of contact for CX, Operations, HR, Finance, and IT. Gather requirements, run discovery workshops, and keep everyone informed through release notes and KPI dashboards.
  • Evangelise platform capabilities so departments propose high-ROI automation ideas instead of one-off solutions.

User experience and quality

  • Partner with Conversation Designers to ensure chat and voice interactions stay on-brand in Vietnamese, English, and other languages.
  • Define and monitor product KPIs such as containment rate, CSAT delta, automation adoption, and ROI. Trigger iteration cycles when metrics slip.

Governance and compliance

  • Work with AI Governance and Legal to make sure new features meet privacy, bias, and safety standards.
  • Own the go/no-go checklist for model releases and n8n flow promotions to production.

Release and adoption

  • Coordinate cross-functional launches; build enablement materials so agents, managers, and end-users actually adopt the new AI capabilities.
  • Collect feedback post-launch and feed it back into the roadmap.
  • What success looks like after 12 months
  • 90 % customer-chat containment on top 50 intents across bus, flight, train, and vehicle-rental verticals.
  • ≥ 30 % reduction in manual tickets for at least three internal departments through n8n automations.
  • A single, transparent KPI dashboard that every exec uses to track AI ROI.
  • Backlog grooming cadence so the engineering team never wonders “what’s next?”

Yêu cầu công việc:

The experience we’re looking for:

  • 4 + years as a Product Owner or Product Manager, ideally on AI/ML-powered platforms or SaaS automation tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to ship customer-facing chat or voice products and measure their impact.
  • Fluency with agile practice: grooming, sprint planning, story mapping, and release management.
  • Comfortable talking the language of LLM fine-tuning, retrieval-augmented generation, multi-agent design, and n8n flows—you don’t code them, but you can challenge technical decisions and translate them for business stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills: SQL or Looker experience a plus; you live in metrics, not anecdotes.
  • Excellent communication in English; Vietnamese is a bonus.
  • Bias for action, diplomacy under pressure, and a passion for turning cutting-edge AI into everyday magic for users.
