Procurement & Logistic Specialist (Electronics Industry)

Job Summary: To fully support Supply Chain team to fulfill OTD target and ensure the accuracy of given job as instruction.

Role and responsibilities

• Order Handling: Process and ensure the accuracy of the Customer’s PO/contract according to company policy. Monitor the delivery status of customer orders and billing to customers. Ensure commitment to Customer of on time delivery, documents as required.

• Documentation: Issue payment request, delivery notice and documents as commercial contract’s requirements, follow-up the documents with suppliers.

• Sourcing & Procurement: process the sourcing for new suppliers, onboarding suppliers, supplier’s quality evaluation. Manage the Purchase order/contract with suppliers. Ensure the OTD, the accuracy of quantity and quality of suppliers according to customers’ requirements. Manage the warranty after delivery. Ensure the cost saving KPI and responsiveness of supply chain. Ensure the compliance of supply chain with company Policy and Procedure

• Logistics: Ensure the accuracy of Import/Export data and smooth Customs Clearance of Import/Export. Monitor the logistics and inventory activities. Improve the supply chain performance by efficiency and responsiveness. Monitor the inbound/outbound activities of goods.

• Complete the reporting on Procurement & Logistics activities and KPI

Qualifications for the role

• Graduate from Foreign Trade University, Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing, English language.

• At least 3 years’ experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics. Experience in the Electronics and Automation industry is preferable.

• Have good knowledge on Commercial and general Trade matters.

• Good organization skills, proactive, result oriented.

• Ability in managing several tasks.

• Self-motivated with a high level of creativity.

• Ability of data analysis.

• Familiar and have practical experience with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Projects, PowerPoint, other software and good computer skills.

• Good command of English. Chinese is preferable.
