- Develop and promote improvement plans to enhance production line capacity and productivity.
- Adjust equipment, design molds, and fine-tune parameters with each manufacturer according to product specifications.
- Responsible for developing processes for new product code launches.
- Improve processes to ensure production optimization.
- Manage and respond to ISO-related activities.
- Experience in managing production processes of electronic components (LCD screens).

- Graduated from a College or University in Equipment Maintenance Engineering / Production Engineering or relevant fields.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in management experience (preferably in the field of maintenance of electronic component equipment)
- Experience in controlling machining processes in factories related to electrical, electronic, mechanical fields, etc.
- Experience in troubleshooting quality issues (identifying the current situation, investigating and analyzing the cause, and implementing countermeasures).
- Practical knowledge of management system concepts and applications
- Good in Japanese skills (From N3 advanced level)
