Logistics Customer Service & Operations (Speaking Chinese)

• Review customer registration documents, organize and manage customer SOPs

• Follow up and handle the full order process

• Receive orders and arrange pickup/delivery

• Confirm warehouse data and resolve inbound issues

• Track shipment documents and order status, follow up on any exceptions

• Handle billing-related matters: issue invoices, track payments, reconcile accounts

• Provide excellent service to customers and support the sales team to ensure smooth order completion

• Proficient in computer usage and office software

• Experience in cross-border e-commerce logistics (customer service or operations) is preferred

• Open to excellent fresh graduates (Chinese-Vietnamese or local Vietnamese who speak Chinese; English is a plus)

• Detail-oriented, responsible, strong learning ability and service mindset

• Flexible and communicative, with good collaboration across departments
