Logisitics Staff

• Create Receiving Voucher and prepare for the receiving of inbound materials and returned products;

• Cooperate and follow up with Accounting department for timely tax payments to customs for IPE and trading type;

• Monitor receiving process performance;

• Create Delivery Schedule for delivering outbound product from Warehouse to destination;

• Monitor delivery performance;

• Create delivery schedule for internal transfer;

• Support Logistics Manager to define appropriate performance measures to all suppliers in use;

• Monitor and record service quality of each supplier;

• Monitor and execute risk for inland trucking through insurance purchase;

• Support Logistics Manager in updating logistics policies & plan in accordance with the latest customs laws.

• University Graduation;

• Good English communication;

• Have about 1-2 years of experience in logistics position;

• Good communication and critical thinking; careful, hardworking; Can work under high pressure;

• Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point)
