Plating Engineers

WE are recruiting: 03 PLATING ENGINEERS

JOB DESCRIPTION 1 (02 Headcount):

1. Monitor plating production output and ensure the quality of product

2. Do tests and monitor performance of processes throughout production

3. Improve plating process and take part in cost reduction programs.

4. Implement improvement projects to fully optimize the manufacturing processes of product

5. Participate in technological awareness in the process area and recommend/propose actions for improvement of existing processes

6. Monitor stability of production process and daily analysis of quality data from upstream processes/ plating/

Final inspection so as to determine effectiveness of correction action

7. Resolve quality issues in compliance and troubleshooting of plating processes

8. Develop safety procedures for those working with potentially dangerous chemicals

9. Monitor the effectiveness of equipment and facilities at plating lines

10. Others job as assigned by Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION 2 (1 Headcount):

1. Manage daily operations of wastewater/waste air treatment plant, ensuring efficient performance and regulatory compliance

2. Monitor, analyze and optimize treatment process to ensure effective pollutant removal

3. Supervise the maintenance and repair equipment including pumps, valves, sensors and instrumentation

4. Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols

5. Lead and mentor a team of operators and technicians

6. Oversee chemical usage and manage inventory for treatment chemicals and consumables

7. Others job as assigned by Manager

JOB REQUIREMENT:

1. College / University / Master degree, major related to Chemistry, Biochemistry, Environment, Electrical....

2. Working experience: At least 3 years of working experience

3. Can communicate in English

4. Preferably engineering / Technical background and working knowledge in plating, biological, chemical and physical treatment processes

5. Located in Soc Son / Dong Anh / Me Linh is preferable
