    Mô tả công việc

    1. Monitor budget by PDCA cycle of Contract Logistics and Transportation:
    Manage site-wise and account-wise / monthly report;
    Manage Kaizen Tracker monthly report
    Investigate the situation of operation through the results and support superior for analysis.
    Recovery plan monitoring against proposals from PIC and update the improvement result timely.
    2. Investment feasibility study, planning and review for YLVN fix access (Access monitoring):
    Prepare for Ringhiso / Request for approval for all the access purchase and procurement;
    Investment review periodically against simulation of proposals (warehouses, truck fleets...).
    Co-work with FM and Operations dept. to make the plan of access maintenance and repairing.
    3. CLT business proposal review
    4. Other task ordered by head of CLT-HQ as necessary

    Yêu cầu công việc

    1. Education:
    Graduated from University with major in Finance and Accounting;
    2. Experience:
    Working experience in Logistics field in 5 years above
    3. Skills:
    Fluent in speaking English
    Good at using MS Office
    Accounting and finance statistics
    Commercial contract negotiation
    Project / Investment management
