• Working Hours: Monday – Saturday (07:00 AM – 04:00 PM)

• Production Department Size: Approximately 600 employees

Position: Deputy Production Manager

Salary: 25,000,000 VND gross

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure completion of production targets and assigned tasks.
• Communicate and implement company policies and regulations.
• Manage employees and arrange production shift schedules.
• Oversee and maintain 5S activities within the production area.
• Coordinate with related production departments and execute tasks under the direction of the Production Manager.
• Monitor and follow up on weekly, monthly, and quarterly production plans to ensure proper implementation.
• Supervise daily production shifts and prepare reports for the Production Manager.

• Bachelor's Degree or College Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
• More than 10 years of experience in a relevant manufacturing industry.
• Candidates with experience in automotive, electrical, electronic, or related manufacturing environments are preferred.
• Male candidates aged between 30 and 40 years old are preferred.
• Strong leadership, workforce management, and production planning skills.
• Experience managing large-scale production teams is an advantage.
