We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development to lead our efforts
in acquiring new online customers. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and
developing strategic opportunities to expand our customer base in the digital space. Your focus
will be on driving growth, increasing brand visibility, and fostering strong partnerships to
achieve customer acquisition targets.
1. Develop and execute a comprehensive customer acquisition strategy for the online
channel.
2. Identify and prioritize target customer segments and markets for expansion.
3. Establish and nurture partnerships with online platforms, influencers, affiliates, and other
relevant channels to drive customer growth.
4. Negotiate and manage partnership agreements to maximize exposure and customer
acquisition.
5. Develop and maintain a strong online presence to attract potential customers.
6. Utilize data analytics and market research to identify opportunities and track the
effectiveness of customer acquisition efforts
7. Adjust strategies based on data-driven insights and performance metrics.
8. Stay informed about the competitive landscape and market trends, assessing how they
impact customer acquisition strategies.
9. Plan, create, and execute marketing campaigns tailored to attract and engage online
customers.
10. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure the seamless execution of campaigns
11. Foster relationships with existing online customers and work on strategies to turn them into
advocates and referral sources.
1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
2. Proven experience in business development, customer acquisition, or a related field, with
a focus on online channels.
3. Strong understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, and online customer
acquisition strategies.
4. Have 2 years of verifiable experience in IT equipment, smart home or home security
industry, Consumer Electronics and Retail channels working experience would be a plus
5. Proficiency in data analysis, analytics tools, and digital marketing strategies.
6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
7. Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
8. Familiarity with compliance and security requirements for online retail
