1. Complete the document work independently, timely and accurately complete the document processing such as document preparation;
2. Confirm the B/L or other declaration contents with customers and input the cargo information into the system in time;
3. Track the shipping and delivery status, maintain good relationship with shipping company, warehouse, fleet and other related departments;
4. Be responsible for customer service and answer the customer's booking questions. From the perspective of customers, solve practical problems for customers quickly and effectively;
5. Assist operation to complete daily work and arrange route documents;
6. Input the relevant expenses and arrange the billing;
7. Finish other daily work assigned by superior.
1. College degree or above, major in logistics or international trade is preferred;
2. CET-4 or above, good command of English reading and writing;
3. Excellent fresh students or interns in related majors are also acceptable;
4. Initiative, strong sense of responsibility, able to work under strong pressure;
5. Good interpersonal communication skills and team spirit.
