Data Engineer

We are looking for a Data Engineer to join our growing team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This position will work closely with our accounting professionals and unlock data-driven insights and build automation for a diverse client portfolio. The successful candidate will work out of our office based in Hanoi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and maintaining scalable data pipelines that clean, transform, and aggregate data.

• Designing and maintaining data models, schemas, and database structures to support analytical and operational needs.

• Building integrations with internal and external data sources and APIs.

• Automating workflows to streamline accounting and financial reporting processes.

• Exploring and implementing AI agents to solve real-world business problems

• Managing data infrastructure on cloud platforms such as Google Cloud or Microsoft Azure

• Liaising with accounting and operational teams to identify tech needs and deliver solutions

About you:

• 1–2 years of working experience in a data engineering or software development role.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, finance, or a related field.

• Proficient in Python, Google Appscript, or similar languages

• Strong knowledge of database systems, data modeling techniques, and SQL

• Familiarity with cloud platforms and services (e.g: Azure, Google Cloud Platform, etc.)

• Have excellent verbal and written communication English skills

• Ability to work independently and be self-motivated, as well as positively contribute to a team

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Familiarity with financial data and accounting systems (Xero, Netsuite) is a plus.
