1、This position is responsible for developing and managing relationships with overseas agents (named-account/designated freight forwarders)
2、Employ a full range of sales tools to identify, onboard and kick-start cooperation with new overseas agents; focus on growing selected VIP accounts (company databases & leads provided).
3、Relationship accelerator: deliver fast, tailor-made solutions and proactive advice to turn first contacts into solid, long-term partnerships.
Brand building: leverage every available channel and collateral to expand the Group’s footprint and establish our brand in target markets.
4、Adapt selling tactics to each agent's culture and business habits; co-design promotion plans with the Marketing team,circulate regular update emails with latest rates and service offerings.
5、Orchestrate information and requirements from Sales, Operations and the overseas agent to guarantee smooth hand-over and on-time shipment once business is won.
Sales Support & Risk Control
Handle DDU/DDP and import enquiries, turning them into active sales conversations with agents.
On receipt of internal enquiries, solicit agent quotes immediately, benchmark options and return a recommended routing/value-add solution to colleagues without delay.
Demonstrate strong risk-awareness: follow company SOPs to pre-empt operational and collection exposures.
Own complaints or disputes through to closure; troubleshoot teething problems with new agents quickly and professionally.
1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in international trade, logistics management, etc.
2. Two years or more of experience in a similar role, with strong familiarity with sea, air, and rail routes and freight rates.
3. Proficient in reading and writing in English, basic English communication skills, and proficient in using office software.
4. Capable of enduring difficulties and working hard, able to withstand certain work pressure, diligent, meticulous, optimistic and positive, with a strong sense of responsibility and service awareness.
5. Possess excellent communication skills, as well as a strong sense of teamwork and a sense of collective honor.
