Oracle (AMS) Flexcube Engineer

Working place: Centec Tower, District 3, HCMC

Time working:Mon to Fri: 09.00 am to 06.00 pm

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide support for Oracle FlexCube modules (Retail, Corporate, Lending, Treasury, etc.)
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, problems, and service requests related to FlexCube.
• Monitor and maintain FlexCube application uptime and performance.
• Coordinate with Oracle (or other vendors) for issue escalation and patch management.
• Work on bug fixes, enhancements, and configuration changes to meet business requirements.
• Support FlexCube end-of-day (EOD) and start-of-day (SOD) processes.
• Participate in UAT, patching, version upgrades, and migration projects.
• Document support procedures, issue logs, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Ensure compliance with IT security, audit, and regulatory standards.
• Provide on-call or after-hours support when required.

Requirements:

• Graduated with the Bachelor degree of IT, Computer Science and Engineering or relevant fields
• Having at least 3-year experience in the following below:

• - AML & Compliance Testing
• - LOS/LMS, CASA, TD, SWIFT, Payment Modules
• - UAT, Functional, and Production Testing
• - Defect Management using JIRA and Spira
• - Core Banking (Oracle Flexcube: CIF, CASA, OBPM, OBBRN, OBCL, ELCM)
• - Data Migration ETL & Data Warehousing Reporting & Analytics (Power BI)
• - Loan Management Systems: Lend Perfect LOS & LMS

• Able to communicate in English
