- The role is responsible for supporting the team in the delivery of customer payment activities with the overall objective of supporting project related tasks and payment processing.
- To perform a range of routine processing, reconciliation and administrative activities efficiently and accurately in accordance with policies and procedures, in order to provide customers with an efficient and high quality payment service.
- Process the allocated workload within the area of operation, efficiently, accurately and within the timescales and standards set out in service level agreements, service standards and performance targets, utilising systems/equipment as required, in order to provide customers with high quality service.
- Support in processing payments across several products and assist the Leader ensuring that workload is processed efficiently, accurately and within the standards set out in service level agreements.
- 1 to 2 years' experience in process execution and operational role, highly preferable experience in Banking or Financial Service industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in both English and Vietnamese.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong time management skills to meet internal SLA’s.
