You will be responsible for managing HR, general affairs, and interpretation-related tasks.
1. interpretation
- Translation of financial statements (fiscal year end)
- Attending monthly board meetings (interpretation)
- Contract translation(Almost Japanese but sometimes English)
2. General Affairs
- Submit reports directly to the Japanese GD.
- Interacting with partners (accounting consultants, legal consultants, building owners, local government agencies, etc)
- Improving office environment, office management, and employee welfare
- Corresponding with procedures for applying for work permits, updating office licenses, visas, etc.
- Drafting, reviewing, and managing back office contracts
- Manage budgets and support the accounting department.
3. Human Resources
- Payroll calculations
- Planning and management of company events
- Preparation for new employees to join the company
- Explaining work rules to employees
- Other tasks will be assigned by the Japanese CEO.
- Japanese N1 levels
- English Conversational levels
- Must catch up the latest law regarding Labor, Accounting and Investment(can understand both Japanese and Vietnamese)
- 2 years or more experience in Payroll calculations
- 2 years or more experience as an HR/General Affairs Manager
- Have experience working at Japanese company
