At TIGER Coatings, customer success team is responsible for winning over customers and meeting ambitious goals. From identifying potential leads to nurturing prospective customer relationships and closing deals, they play an integral role in the success of our products and services. They also remain ahead of industry trends, learn what makes our competitors tick, and leverage efficient sales tactics to broaden our customer base.
Key responsibilities with a short description:
• Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our offerings
• Serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to client concerns and needs
• Generate leads, and establish and nurture client relationships
• Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and making forecasts
• Position our company as the category and industry leader
• Maximize efficiency in winning and closing sales.
• Perform outreach to specified customer segments and territories
• Generate new-customer leads
• Present and upsell company offerings to existing and new customers
• Prepare all required sales plans and reviews
Working conditions (e.g. exposure to dust, long standing periods, permanent desk work):
• High mobility due to frequent travelling needed (Within Vietnam and South East Asia).
• Regular Office/Desk work.
• Regular visit of our customers (offices and factories) and other TIGER locations.

1. Education
Educational background in business, marketing, sale.
2. Minimum of job experience
At least 5-7 years of B2B sales experience in the fields of powder coatings, paint, and chemicals
3. Work related experience
• Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing
• Confidence in sales ability and knowledge of best practices
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Proven success rate at levels above sales quota
• Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
4. IT skills/software
SAP, CRM, Microsoft office.
5. Language
• Fluent in Chinese
• OR native Chinese speaker who can communicate effectively in either English or Vietnamese.
6. Methodological skills
Strong project management and organizational skills
7. Soft skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills — and strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
• Proficiency with common customer success and customer relationship management software, such as CRM.
• Team-collaboration expertise
• Practiced negotiation and networking techniques.
• Enthusiasm for the company and its growth potential
Working Place: Remote (A candidate based in Ha Noi), with occasional business travel to Ho Chi Minh City (Binh Duong) and abroad as required by the role.
