Nhân Viên Xếp Lịch Học Vụ (Academic Scheduler)

OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION
The Scheduler is responsible for properly scheduling all classes of the school. He/she also acts as a liaison for the school with the teachers.
BASIC FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
· In charge of scheduling tasks including:
- Class scheduling & class management
- Room scheduling
- Teacher scheduling
- PT scheduling
- Parents Meeting scheduling
· Teacher management (Timesheets, teaching hours reports or finding covering, dayoff, late working, late order test)
· Assist CM to ensure smooth operations of Admissions & Academic Admin
· Provide supports to CM on cost management based on teacher scheduling
Assist HR in the procedures (visa, work permit...) collect documents from teachers as directed by the director of the center.

QUALIFICATION REQUIRED
· Knowledge:
- Appropriate University degree (Bachelor degree in BA, Economy, English is preferable)
- Good English (presenting, writing, listening, reading )
· Experience:
- At least 1 year experience in similar job
- Experience in education, customer service, hospitality fields
· Others:
- Works well under pressure and handles stress
