Identify and connect with creators who are interested in livestreaming on TikTok in the United States market.
Screen and evaluate potential creators who are suitable for the company’s ecosystem.
The company provides updated creator data daily; employees focus on outreach, communication, and consultation.
Guide creators through the agency onboarding process.
Support, train, and assist creators in developing their livestreaming activities.
Monitor creator performance and provide support in resolving issues during livestreams.
Prepare daily and weekly performance reports.

Age: 18 - 35 years old.
College degree or higher preferred.
Strong English communication skills (required), with the ability to message and communicate effectively with international creators.
Ability to have direct phone calls with creators in the U.S.
No prior experience required; comprehensive training will be provided.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Knowledge of TikTok Live or the livestreaming industry is a plus.

Base salary: 6,000,000 - 10,000,000 VND/month, depending on qualifications and English proficiency.
Commission of up to 10% of managed creators’ revenue.
Performance bonuses for recruiting high-quality creators.
Unlimited earning potential, with many employees earning 15,000,000 - 30,000,000+ VND/month.
