Collaborate with the team to develop integrated communication strategies aligned with the brand's business and marketing objectives.
Analyze the market, competitors, and consumer behavior to uncover deep insights and define strategic communication directions.
Work closely with the media team to build detailed media strategies and plans (across online/offline, paid/owned/earned channels), including channel selection, budget allocation, media formats, and KPIs for each campaign phase.
Participate in pitching sessions and present strategic recommendations to clients.
Monitor and evaluate campaign performance in collaboration with the media and account teams.
Yêu cầu công việc:
Possesses strong business acumen and excels in building effective media plans to support creative teams and clients in developing integrated communication campaigns. 2–3 years of experience as a Strategic Planner or Media Planner, preferably in an agency environment.
Solid understanding of IMC, consumer journey, and the media landscape in Vietnam.
Capable of developing multi-channel media plans, managing budget allocations, and optimizing for performance.
Sharp analytical skills with the ability to turn data into strategic direction.
Strong presentation and communication skills, logical thinking, and a high level of teamwork.
Priority given to candidates with hands-on experience in performance-driven campaigns.
