NHIỆM VỤ CHÍNH / KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Phát triển kinh doanh / Business Development
Identify and expand potential clients in both domestic and international markets (Japan, US, Europe, Vietnam...).
Promote software outsourcing, offshore development, custom software solutions, and dedicated development team services.
Analyze client needs, propose suitable technology solutions and cooperation models.
Tư vấn & bán hàng / Sales & Consulting
Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and negotiate contracts.
Work with technical/PM teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and aligned with client needs.
Achieve and exceed sales targets as per business plan.
Chăm sóc khách hàng / Account Management
Manage, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with existing clients.
Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve issues during collaboration.
Báo cáo & chiến lược / Reporting & Strategy
Analyze market trends, competitors, and technologies to recommend business strategies.
Provide regular reports on sales performance, business opportunities, and contract status.
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC / REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, IT, or related fields.
At least 3 years of experience in IT Sales, Business Development, or Outsourcing Sales.
Basic understanding of software development processes (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and offshore/outsourcing models.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; proactive, creative, and result-oriented.
Good communication in English or Japanese (both is a plus).
Ability to work under sales pressure with strong accountability.
