• Monitor shipment progress and provide timely updates to clients.

• Ensure all documentation is accurate and complete to avoid delays.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

• Identify opportunities for improving service delivery and operational efficiency.

• Assist in training new team members on customs processes and software.

• Collaborate with logistics and transportation teams to facilitate smooth operations.

• Minimum of 01 years of experience in customs declaration or related field.

• Strong communication skills in both verbal and written formats.

• Proficient in using office software and customs declaration software.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

• Familiarity with international shipping regulations and customs procedures.
