Native English Teachers For Kids & Teenagers

As a Native English Teacher for Kids, you will:

· Prepare and deliver fun, interactive, and age-appropriate English lessons for children aged 4–12 using the WISE curriculum.

· Apply teaching techniques based on NLP and Linguistics to make learning faster, easier, and more effective for kids.

· Use engaging visuals, songs, games, and activities to maintain children's attention and interest.

· Foster a positive and nurturing classroom atmosphere where kids feel safe, motivated, and confident to speak English.

· Assess and track student progress through in-class activities and teacher observations.

· Provide regular updates and constructive feedback to the academic team and Vietnamese co-teachers.

· Participate in teacher training, workshops, and development programs provided by WISE ENGLISH.

· Assist in special events, English clubs, or seasonal activities organized for young learners.

· Collaborate with the Academic Manager and other teachers to improve teaching materials and classroom experience.

• Native English speaker
• At least 6 month of experience teaching young learners (4–12 years old)
• Able to teach on weekends and/or weekday evenings
• Passionate about early childhood education and language development
• Friendly, patient, energetic, and creative
• Committed to working for at least 6 months and completing assigned courses (2.5 months per course)
• Willing to follow WISE’s curriculum and methodology after training
