National Contract Logistics Business Development Specialist (Ho Chi Minh City)

Job description

You will be part of our Contract Logistics team, adding your expertise + skills to the delivery of Business Growth. Your primary objective will be to support the development of existing or new Contract Logistics business at a country level by coordinating all business development activities.

You will do this by working with a variety of internal + external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with our current commercial policy while focusing on the following key objectives:

Your tasks and responsibilities

• To ensure that pipeline opportunities are managed in a compliant way while ensuring adherence to the entire Customer Engagement Cycle.

• To support in the creation of high-quality business proposals + other related presentations.

• To act as the coordination point for all marketing activities (events, mailings, publications etc.).

• To capture + manage business + market intelligence.

• To support the highlighting of achievements in the business development space.

• To drive + roll-out yearly business development plans for the specified vertical.

Your skills and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Import/ Export, Logistics, or related fields.

• At least 02 years working experience in Sales/ Business Development in Logistics industry. Experience in Contract Logistics is an advantage.

• Having good knowledge of market, 3PL services, supply chain operations.

• Customer orientation.

• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a demonstrated ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers at all levels.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Proactive and results-oriented mindset.

• Good command of English.

Work location: No. 72 Le Thanh Ton, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Work hour: From 08:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday. One Saturday morning per month.
