Mortgage Specialist - Chuyên Viên Hỗ Trợ Vay Thế Chấp

Broker Guroos is an Australian-based mortgage broking business. We represent over 30 banks / lenders in Australia. We consult and assist clients with their home loan applications. We are looking for a full-time Mortgage Support Officer based in Vietnam.

Duties include:

• Handling client’s confidential information

• Check documents, analyse and data entry in system

• Preparing necessary loan documents

• Customer service (email and phone)

• Liaising with banks/lenders and related parties

Skills Required:

• Majoring in Accounting or Banking / Finance. Experience is an advantage.

• Intermediate level in Word and Excel.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Vietnamese and English ideally IELTS 5.0/PTE 50)

• Positive attitude, have strong analytical capability, and numeracy skills.

• Ability to work independently, attention to detail.

• Excellent team player and able to multi-task.

• Be someone who loves to show initiative and innovation.

• Experience in working for overseas company would be highly regarded.
