JOB DESCRIPTION
Key result area 1: Client Pitching/Media Planning (30%)
Be the advisor related to digital/ media
Provide media performance strategy/planning/approach, across different digital platforms/media platforms to achieve campaign objectives
Set viable objectives and KPIs, and recommend/develop measurement methodology against all briefs
Key result area 2: Media Execution (60%)
PIC Daily media task & Execute campaign operations (CMH running media campaigns within Branding type: CPM, CPC, CPV & CPE & Performance type: CPL, CPO, ROAS, CAC)
Work with key media partners for implementation planning and negotiations (if any)
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns
Key result area 3: Media Innovation (10%)
Develop best practices/framework and procedures/processes for media planning/proposal & operations for solutions
Support to train planning/account/team about Media
Update the team and clients on new trends and changes in the media landscape (e.g. new media vendors, new ad formats, etc.)

Skills & Knowledge & Qualification
Must have
Minimum 1 year of work experience in a media agency
Solid experience in media planning and buying across all digital platforms, with hands-on experience in advertising technology platforms: FB, Google, Tiktok, EC & Ad-network,...
Highly evolved presentation and reporting skills, analytical skills & problem-solving skills
Open mindset - driven, self-motivated, can-do attitude, bring optimism and positive energy
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Good to have
Demonstrated experience and success working in a client-facing role
Shows depth of understanding of the industry, business, brands, and consumers
Experience in the execution of digital marketing campaigns
Experience in integrated planning will be an advantage
