Mechanical Drawing Engineer (2D/3D)

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Mechanical Drawing Engineer to join our engineering team. This role is responsible for preparing production-related documentation, supporting technical drawing and design efforts, and ensuring coordination with global teams. The position requires excellent CAD skills, knowledge of production processes, and strong English communication. You will report directly to the Engineering Service Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain production documents, including: Operation methods, Work instructions
• Test forms and process documentation
• Create and revise 2D and 3D technical drawings based on engineering requirements.
• Develop 3D assembly models to support visual and written assembly instructions.
• Work with engineering management tools such as ERP systems and Autodesk Vault.
• Support manufacturing processes, including router and work order preparation.
• Attend and contribute to weekly meetings with the US-based engineering team.
• Ensure document control and proper version tracking for technical files.
• Participate in occasional team events, meetings, and training sessions as required.
• Perform other engineering-related tasks assigned by the Engineering Service Manager.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a mass production or manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in English (reading, writing, and speaking) for global communication.
• Strong skills in CAD software (2D and 3D) such as AutoCAD, Inventor, or equivalent.
• Familiarity with manufacturing documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Experience with Autodesk Vault and ERP systems is a plus.
• Solid understanding of technical drawings and production processes.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
