Math Content Specialist

1/ Expert Management & Content QA

• Recruit, onboard, and manage a global team of STEM Experts, data annotators, and content auditors.
• Design, update, and deliver SOPs, workflows, and quality benchmarks for Experts.
• Directly review and audit expert output, including:
  • Data labeling & annotation quality
  • AI-generated math solutions (e.g., error correction, scoring, rewriting)
  • Problem sets & exercises sourced from OpenStax or other curriculum frameworks

2/ Academic Content Operations (Math-focused)

• Collaborate with content teams to develop, validate, and curate high-quality math exercises for university and high school levels. Ensure alignment with programs like OpenStax, US Common Core, and international math curricula.
• Spot and correct AI hallucinations or generation errors in math content on MathGPT.ai.

3/ Process Improvement & Data Analytics

• Use data tools (e.g., Google Sheets, Looker Studio) to track the quality, turnaround time, and productivity of Experts.
• Build dashboards or reports to monitor team efficiency and identify bottlenecks.

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM, Education, Economics, Business, or related fields.
• 03+ years in operations, QA, content moderation, or education technology.
• Strong familiarity with university-level math, particularly Algebra, Calculus, or Statistics.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, dashboards, and process documentation.
