Marketing Manager, Tiếng Nhật N2 (25824) [Long Đức - Đồng Nai, Có Xe Đưa Đón Từ HCM Và Biên Hòa]

- Build and maintain the good relationship with customers in Industrial Park.
- Consult and support the customers on related procedures and Laws.
- Build plan and implement the Industrial Park’s activities, events and programs.
- Discuss with Management level of other Departments. to consider and propose the company to implement the additional services for IP’s customers.
- Build and maintain the good relationship with investment attraction information channels, including but not limited to: Jetro, JP Banks in Vietnam, international Real estate Counsellors in Vietnam (Savills, CBRE, JLL, Cushman and so on), the authorities related to investment attraction (Foreign Investment Agency, DIZA, etc.) and big Industrial Park Developers in Vietnam.
- Make and maintain the good relationship with Authorities, especially Agencies related to customers’ application/procedures, including but not limited to functional sections of DIZA, DPI, DONRE, DOIT, Customs Agency and Fire-Fighting police.
- Manage, assign and follow the Marketing staff’s works.
- Build the plan to monitor the Marketing Sect.’s work progress.
- Make and manage the budget related to Marketing Sect.’s activities.
- Take the responsibility for Marketing Sect.’s work performance and report the work efficiency to General Manager of GA Dept. directly.
- Manage and store the information as Company regulations.
- The other jobs are assigned by BOD
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors.

- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Marketing Manager
- Good communication in Japanese (N2 level) – English (Intermediate level)
- Candidate can work in Dong Nai
