Marketing Intern

UCTalent Labs is seeking a highly motivated and proactive Marketing Intern with 0-1 years of experience to join our dynamic growth marketing team. As a Marketing Intern, you will play a crucial role in assisting with various growth marketing initiatives, with a special focus on creating compelling video content to drive engagement and expand our reach within the Web3 community. You will gain hands-on experience in a rapidly evolving industry, working alongside experienced professionals.

• Assist in the development and execution of growth marketing campaigns across various digital channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, X).
• Create, edit, and optimize engaging video content for social media, website, and other promotional materials.
• Support social media management, content scheduling, and community engagement efforts.
• Assist in tracking, analyzing, and reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions for innovative marketing strategies and content ideas.

• Senior student or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrable proficiency in video editing software and techniques.

• Basic understanding of digital marketing principles (SEO, SEM, social media marketing).
• Experience with content creation for various social media platforms.
• A portfolio or examples of previous video editing work (even personal projects).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
