Marketing And Sales Assisstant

* Helping our GM with thinking about, creating and implementing the

Marketing and Sales strategy for the company.

* Brainstorm and help the team with marketing ideas for our clients.

* Analyze, review and improve our current online and offline marketing approach in order to increase our lead generations.

* Search for potential clients on Facebook, linkedIn and YouTube, start up the conversation with them and promote our services.

* Visit business events in Da Nang and Vietnam to promote the company, grow our network of professionals and connect with growing companies who need our services.

* Study marketing knowledge and tools to prepare training sessions for our clients.

* Help promoting our social media channels (Have already a look at Mieke Claerhout - Business in Vietnam)

* Full-time job: From Monday to Friday, 40 hours / week during office time (Specific hours will be discussed during the interview)

* Flexible, responsible, 100% honest, able to think and decide independently

* You are IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE

* Fluent in Vietnamese and English (spoken & written)

* At least 3 years of experience in Marketing and or Sales. Understanding about Marketing Strategy, Sales Strategy, specific tactics on how to attract customers and how to do Marketing in an effective way in Vietnam.

* You have previous experience with Content Creation for social media.

* You have previous experience with connecting to potential clients in Vietnam and / or doing cold outreach.

* Skills: Thorough understanding of marketing and sales with experience in applying and executing several specific marketing and sales strategies and tactics. You are a great communicator.

* Eagerness: You have a never-ending learning mind. You are eager to learn every strategy and tactic to improve our marketing and sales to help our clients to grow their business.

* Training: Our GM has over 20 years of experience in marketing, sales and business development. You won’t do this alone. She will be there to train you, help you and guide you to lead more prospects to sales.
