Marcom Manager

Overview

Marcom Manager creates, implements and oversees marketing & communication programs that effectively describe and promote the organization and its properties including graphics, brochures, company or properties logos, or other promotional products. Manages the research and development of content for publication of properties.

Responsibilities

- Create marketing plan aligned to brand & property strategy in consultation with Director of Sales & Marketing

- Develop compelling campaigns including advertising, promotions, public relations, graphics and collateral to drive consumer awareness

- Respond to media enquiries when approached for comments and/or reports.

- Set up the development of corporate and property level social pages such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, …

- Maximize the brand & hotel’s positive exposure in local, national and international markets.

- Work with eCommerce to verify the hotel’s website and related websites are updated on a regular basis.

- Write and distribute all press releases for brand, property events and promotions

- Manage the photo shooting & execution of brand & hotel events.

- Do the monthly report of news clippings and other online, print, and social media channels.

- Manage the photo and video shoots, develop shot lists, secure photographer quotes, review images, post on image library.

- Other tasks assigned by Director of Sales & Marketing.

- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Marketing, Media, Communications; etc.)

- Excellent communication skill, both written and verbal;

- Excellent oral and written English communication;

- Minimum 2 years work experience of similar relevant roles;

- Familiarity with Hotel, Services, event organizers;

- Good problem solving, writing, administrative and PR skills are a must.
