About OnPoint
- OnPoint runs e-commerce at scale for multinational consumer brands on Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Lazada, across Vietnam and Thailand. If a brand sells online in Southeast Asia, there's a good chance we're behind it.
What You'll Do:
- Rotate through three 4-month stationsin Year 1 — your home business unit plus two mandatory core functions (Commercial, Data & Analytics, Operations/Finance). No silos, no shadowing.
- Own a real project workstreamin Year 2, backed by a named mentor, an executive sponsor, and a deliverable that actually shows up on a P&L.
- Hit four formal career gateson the way to Team Leader by month 24 — Confirmed (M6) → Associate/Specialist (M12) → Senior Specialist (M18) → Team Leader (M24).

Final-year student or graduated within the last 2 years.
GPA 3.0/4.0 or above.
Working English(IELTS 6.5 or equivalent).
Based in Ho Chi Minh City, or ready to relocate.
