Mô tả công việc:

As Maintenance Supervisor, you will supervise on-site construction, equipment installation and maintenance activities to ensure smooth, safe and efficient operations.
You also will lead a technician team, manages vendors and drive performance improvement through troubleshooting, preventive maintenance and KPI monitoring.
You will directly report to Engineering Manager in Powder plant in Vietnam.
Follow detailed construction and equipment installation plans, including timelines, resource allocation at site.
Monitor construction activities, ensuring compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
Daily review project deliverables, ensure adherence to technical specifications.
Maintain accurate records, such as progress reports.
Help communication between clients, contractors, and project managers to resolve technical issues.
Work together with HSE/Production dept and other relevant departments to solve breakdown quickly.
Maintain machine daily, monthly or quarterly according to maintenance schedules to ensure there are no any broken due to not follow maintenance schedule.
Initiate and follow up the formal failure analysis for urgent MMS work orders, escalate to line manager in case of unresolved issues.
Check the correct lighting in factories, offices, plumbing system.
Provide guidance and technical on problem solving and preventive maintenance.
Improve the monthly PM effectiveness analysis to reduce the unplanned downtime.
Manage the maintenance execution plan with the outside vendors.
Monitor KPIs performance such as OEE/Cycle time and make weekly report.
Continuous improvement in manufacturing process for an process with 1st time right outcome.
Participate in CAIR / Quality Failure corrective actions driving year over year continuous improvements.

Yêu cầu công việc:

Minimum 4 years' working experience manufacturing environment and 2+ years of project management.
Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation or related majors.
We highly recommend experience in Equipment maintenance with powder technology experience.
3+ years experience in project management or specialized process installation.
Proficiency in CAD software, project management tools (e.g., MS Project), and Microsoft Office.
Understand structure of PLC software programming, good knowledge about automation protocol is plus.
Result oriented, team collaboration.
Read technical documents and basic communicate in local and English language.
