Logistic Supervisor

- Liaise with internal stakeholders, suppliers, logistics providers, transportation companies to follow up import planning, coordinate with relevant parties to arrange schedules and ensure collect fully, correctly documents for import customs declaration.

- Check draft shipping documents, and require shippers for correct adjustment.

- Consults with the parties pursuant to circulars/decrees/laws and other relevant documents.

- Monitor, control, check H.S Code, and all content in customs declaration form, ensure all information declaration is accurate and complied with the laws and consistent with shipping documents.

- Announce & prepare documents for tax payment to submit to Accounting Department on time.

- Contact smoothly with customs departments at project location

- Coordinate with relevant parties to inspect cargo at ports, warehouse and site.

- Keep tracking and monitoring shipments, inform the relevant persons in case of any difference from plan/schedule.

- Assess and make recommendations for logistics processes for better improvement and advise of cost implications and efficiency.

- Report, manage & record full documents after delivery.

- Other duties assigned by team leader & manager.

Bachelor’s degree or related

At least 3 years experience

Proficient in computer - excellent at Microsoft Excel

Strong attention to details with the ability to multi-task

Good interpersonal and communication skills
