We are looking for a Localization Sales Executive (B2B) with a passion for growth and an ability to leverage AI tools to drive smarter sales, more efficient campaigns, and deeper client engagement.

LingoFocus Co., Ltd is now recruiting Localization Sales Executive. Candidates might refer to the below for information:


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Client Acquisition

• Explore current channels/market segments and new channels/market segments to improve sales capability and generate revenue. Most of our target clients are B2B

• Track all stages of the sales process from identification of leads to first project assignments

• Develop and manage relationships with global clients in the translation & localization industry

• Generate leads and conduct online sales via email, LinkedIn, and other platforms

• Engage with prospects through social media and networking tools

• Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, DeepL, Trados plug-ins, etc.) to improve workflow and client interaction

• Maintain CRM records and track sales pipelines and follow-ups

• Collaborate closely with the marketing team on campaigns, content, and branding

2. Sales system

• Update, build up, manage database of international language service providers (LSPs) and clients with language-related demands

• Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and client presentations

• Monitor, analyze and report potential competitors' activities

• Present regular reports and other related performance feedback

• Complete/Exceed assigned sales target

3. Project Bidding

• Analyze requests from clients for feasibility (e.g. Deadlines, Volumes, Fields, Payment, etc.), provide clients with quotation details, negotiate with the clients for the best deals

• Advise possible solutions to clients’ requests, use sale skills to close the deal

Yêu cầu công việc:

• At least 2 or 3 years experience in B2B sales. Experience in online sales is preferred.

• Experience in the translation/localization industry is a plus.

• Strong communication and sales skills in English

• Experience with online sales and using platforms like LinkedIn for outreach

• Familiarity with CAT tools, TMS platforms, and AI-based solutions is a plus.

• Interest or experience in marketing or content creation is a plus

• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, able to work independently and remotely
