Mô tả công việc:

1) Overall Scope

• Business Development, for new 3PL Customer.

• Seek to Business opportunity, based on TGL’s strength(Sea Freight/ISO Tank/TCR, TSR/Project Handling)

• Collaborate with internal colleagues to maximize our service quality to the customers.

2) Description in Detail

• Sales representatives are responsible for selling company's products by identifying leads, educating prospects on products through calls, trainings, and presentations, and providing existing customers with exceptional support.

• Sales representatives are either inside or outside sales reps via phone, online, face-to-face meetings.

• This position will promote products and services to customers and negotiate contracts with the aim of maximizing profits as well as volume.

• Focusing on Sales Performance to achieve team targets, contribute the team performance in term of gross profit and revenue.

• Expanding TGL market share by winning new customers, approach to core customers to achieve Sales target

• collaborating with other team members to ensure efficient sales process and consistent service level.

• Construction communication with colleague and products team to get smartest and most effective commercial target

• Keep good image of the Company in the market by professional style of working

• Not abetting the negative behaviors that adversely affect the reputation and finance of the company. Legal aspect as compliance.

• Conduct business with the highest level of integrity and compliance.

• Attend to all queries from customers and respond on time.

Yêu cầu công việc:

• Min 3 years of experience in related field.

• Working in the logistics/freight forwarding industry is mandatory.

• Understanding of sales performance metrics.

• University degree, major in the relevant fields.

• Good at Internet, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Good skills in Interpersonal communication and Customer Service.

• Ability to work under pressure and have good teamwork and regular job rotation spirit.

• Good with figures, responsible, careful, detail-oriented, dynamic and hard-working.

• Good knowledge of logistics and industry
